This position is for an Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physician to deliver primary care to patients enrolled at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System and/or it's Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Alexandria, Brainerd or Montevideo in one of two needs: GAP provider - coverage where needed as needed Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) provider This position is physically located at the St Cloud VA Health Care System in Minnesota. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
