You'll be part a collaborative team of caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value primary care to a medically complex, and culturally diverse patient population. The practice offers an integrated care model with behaviorist, pharmacist, nursing staff, as well as Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, and Internal Medicine.
