Job SummaryPromotes and maintains the mental and social health of Geisinger clinical staff through counseling, education, and program development. Specializes in trauma informed care, burnout, and mitigation and management of behavioral health conditions. Oversees programs to support provider professionalism, mental well-being, and psychological safety. This role will report to the Center for Professionalism and Well-Being.Job DutiesCounseling:Engages with and counsels care providers that are experiencing emotional exhaustion, trauma, burnout, grief, loss, or other personal crises.Creates a safe space for caregivers to share emotional challenges, and partners to create strategies for well-being improvement.Makes referrals to add
