Atlantic Health is Seeking a Part-Time OB/GYN Hospitalist for a Great Opportunity in New Jersey!
Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Part-Time Obstetrician & Gynecologist Hospitalist to be part of the Maternity Center at Newton Medical Center. The immediate team consists of a dynamic multidisciplinary specialist who is specially trained to provide a complete range of women's services, from annual exams to obstetrics and family planning. The facility currently sees about 500 annual deliveries and expects that number to grow in future years.
Situated approximately 60 miles (97 km) by road northwest of New York City. Newton NJ offers a unique balance between city life and the great outdoors!
Position Highlights

- Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting, and performing surgical procedures.
- 8 shifts per month (four 24 hour shifts per month)
Qualifications
- All candidates must be Board Certified
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team
