This position is for a board eligible, board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who will split time between the Saranac Lake, NY and Westport, NY Community-Based Outpatient Clinics for the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center. You will function as a integral member of the Patient-Aligned Care Team and will be expected to work closely with team members, including nursing and administrative staff, in the coordination of patient care.
