The Cincinnati, OH VA Medical center is seeking a well-qualified Physician to serve as the primary physician at the Hamilton, OH Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Primary Care Service. The Physician will serve as the leader of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Hamilton, OH CBOC. The PACT team provides direct care for Veterans enrolled in Primary Care at the Cincinnati VAMC main hospital or at one of its six CBOC's. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
