You'll be part a collaborative team of caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value Primary Care to a medically complex and culturally diverse patient population. The practice offers an integrated care model with behaviorist, pharmacist, nursing staff, as well as Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine on site.
