Exciting opportunity to develop a new pediatric hospitalist program in the Salt Lake City suburbs We are seeking a second BC/BE pediatric hospitalist to develop a hospitalist practice at Ogden Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities include covering the pediatric floor, normal newborn exams, ER consults and moderate sedation when appropriate The hospital will have a pediatric subspecialty clinic on campus and access to multiple specialty providers for support including: endocrinology, anesthesia, critical care, gastroenterology, plastics/craniofacial, among others Pediatric Hospitalist will be in-house for 8 hour shifts and call is from home, the schedule offers an excellent work/life balance There is ample opportunity for quality improvement activities and education
