PeaceHealth has a unique position in primary care that allows you to work in a variety of primary care clinics. Providers in this float position (Flex Pool) will live and work in one of our 3 networks gaining experience in a variety of outpatient settings. Overview: Our flex pool providers cover for other providers in the case of vacation, maternity leave, illness, or where a position vacancy may exist. This is similar to an in-house locums position, however you'll have the security of full time employment, benefits, and salary. Providers would have the opportunity to move into a permanent position if desired. Clinic settings include urgent care, same-day clinics, and traditional primary care clinics. The expectation is 14-shifts per month and with 32 patient contact hours per week. A few of our clinic locations: San Juan Islands, Bellingham, Longview and Vancouver in Washington; Eugene, Springfield, Florence, and Cottage Grove in Oregon; Ketchikan and Craig in Alaska.
